Operations Specialist

Vertex Ola is recruiting for a Operations Specialist for a financial institution in Dayton, OH.  This role could be temp to hire for the right person

 Monday-Friday

8:00am-4:30pm

$16.50/hr

Weekly Pay 

The Operations Specialist is responsible for handling and responding to all received legal orders, as well as supporting functions for the Legal Process Department.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Prepare and respond to all legal documents (i.e. subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and child support orders) served on the bank/our customer’s.

• Serve as liaison to county, state, and federal agencies to properly respond to all received legal orders and ensure compliance.

• Coordinate and process all Legal Order Adjustments (i.e. releasing orders, orders for payment, and amendments).

• Serve as point of contact for both internal and external counsel, to ensure compliance with all legal orders.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related Operations or professional banking position required
•Prior legal order processing experience highly desired
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
•Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills essential required
•Strong verbal and written communication skills required
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
