Vertex ola is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Cincinnati, OH. This is a long-term temp position.

Weekly Pay
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up, sort and distribute daily, weekly and monthly invoices from a specified location in the building.
- Perform efficient and accurate data entry using company specific software related to customer order processing, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous office processes.
- Confirm accuracy of invoices with sales, including shipping, billing and customer support.
- Perform efficient and accurate data entry using third party invoicing web portals to enter customer invoices.
- Learn new business processes and office procedures as required and serving as a resource to others.
- Establish rapport and provide prompt responses to internal and external customer requests using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette and other effective interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidential information pertaining to normal supervisory duties, personnel issues and customer issues.
Education, Experience & Ability Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, to include excel and outlook; knowledge of Ariba, Open Invoice or Taulia helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work tactfully with diverse groups and individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently present professional behavior, empathy, image, and demeanor.
- Work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment, flexibility, initiative, and discretion.
